Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph

Provide Tier 1 Information Technology Help Desk support to the Intelligence Community. Identify, evaluate, document, troubleshoot, test, and/or resolve delivery constraints, use access, content functionality and other issues with VLE systems, applications and tools. Direct line of support to customers in the subjects of: installation of computer operating systems and software.  Provide answers to users’ problems and provide feedback to users to lessen the occurrence of future problems. Troubleshoot difficult and/or unusual situations as well as suggest workflow improvements.  Monitor ticketing system to ensure that tickets are responded to within 24 hours and those tickets in a waiting status are addressed within two business days.
