Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph

(14) years’ experience as a SWE.  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field. (4) years of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Candidate must have a TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.  Diversity of software engineering experience (mid to strong JAVA – back end development; JavaScript/PHP  - Web development; C, C++;  XML; comfortable working in LINUX, Windows 7, Windows XP environments; SOAP UI). Experience with Agile development processes (SCRUM).

Experience with variety of software architectures (e.g., client/service, SOA, etc.). Evaluation of software packages (trade studies). Solid experience across software development life cycle. Experience leading/mentoring developers/programmers. Eclipse IDE (development). Development in Windows (XP, 7) environment; operational environment varies by project. Preferred Qualifications:  Understanding of distributed architecture,  Familiarity with CM tools (e.g., Eclipse, GIT), Love of coding!, Experience with the following tools: IBM Rational Clear Case (code repository, CM), Clear Quest (Ticketing, Tracking), IBM Jazz. Experience with cryptographic key management, key generation algorithms, PKI certificates, and certificate authorities. Familiar with Commercial solutions for classified and customer mobility programs.
